My skin is normally oily but I've been using Proactiv which is drying out my skin a lot but really helping with breakouts. & so my skins really dry and looks worse with foundation cause it makes the dryness look flaky and cakey like. Are there any really good moisturizers that won't make me break out?

You can try using a BB or CC cream from any brand. But a foundation that should work is Revlon 24 Colorstay. I use it and it works good. I have the same problem.
