Its called a "mature" eye. You have extra skin on your lids, any age has this shape

I'm actually 13 I don't know why I have mature eye I think mine is the down kind u know the slanted looking kind

You have a semi-hooded eye. It's hooded because there's extra skin covering the crease, but it's only semi-hooded because you can still see some of your lid. It doesn't always come with age. Sometimes it's a genetic thing. (I have the same eye shape, have always had that shape. I think I inherited it from my mother; she's had hooded eyes her entire life.)
