what's the best Powdered Foundation at Sephora?

I have used many drug store brand powdered foundations,but they never work for me. My last one dried my skin out and it looked Caked on. I am going to Sephora this weekend and would like some suggestions on what is the best powdered foundation?

Many people love Bare Minerals. NARS and Laura Mercier is really good.
