Need a new foundation.

I have a neutral undertone and am very very fair and I bit on the dry side, I want to try a new foundation that isn't cakey or makes me orange. I've been eyeing UD Naked Skin and Tarte 12-hour but my skin isn't very oily so I think Tarte might not be a great fit. I would love to hear any suggestions.

Also try NARS sheer glow. I use it and I have dry skin with an oily t zone and I find it very hydrating with excellent coverage with out caking. It also leaves a healthy glow.
