If you don't want to spend too much you can try baby oil I use it only just a little bit with cotton

I would say veet which comes in a tube for upper lips and available at all stores like cvs walmart etc. It's veet for upper lips

My mom uses nair to art her brows!.. if she can do that I think Nair should work for you. they make a sensitive formula... hope this helps.
