You're so gorgeous!! :) And one of the things I do to minimize bags is holding ice cubes under my eyes :)

And to get rid of them, you should also try this: keep some little spoons in the freezer, and in the morning you wait a little until they're not that cold anymore, and then put them under your eye! :D.
