DRY hands from latex gloves

my hands are soooo dry and even get irritated from latex gloves at work (dental office) and its so ugly and itchy i need a really good hand cream or scrub. does anyone know of any? the dr doesnt order powder free so i kinda have no choice but to use these gloves.

I like Pacifica's body butters, especially the Tuscan Blood Orange scent and the Island Vanilla. They have a decent amount of scents though so you'll probably be able to find one you like. I also like the shea cashmere ones from bath & body works. Both are relatively cheap, the Pacifica full size is $18 but they come in smaller tubes that are the perfect size for hand cream for $5, sometimes $3 when they're on sale. If you have a TJMaxx nearby they sometimes will end up with some of the smaller sizes when they get tossed from Sephora. Otherwise you can get them at Sephora or sephora.com or at pacificaperfumes.com.
