Hey girls do any of my uk beauty lovers know of any good vitamins for strong and long nails fast? I've tried biotin but I break out in loads of spots I would love one that wouldnt do that :( I've heard people using prenatal ones has anyone tried them? I really wanna grow my nails so they are long and strong help me out :(!! I'm desprite xxx

Girl, it,s very hard to say... but if you want vitamins in every pharmacy could be founded those complexes designed for hair and nails.
About prenetals - there are different opinions some believe they help, othets say that pregnant,s hair and nails grow faster because of hormones and it has nothing to do with the pills.
If you ate healthy and take care of your nails properly then they grow as fast as they are genetically meaned.
+ use a nail hardner instead of base coat
+ always keep nails polishes
+ file in one direction
+ round shape breakes less
+ cover with polish also the tip,s edge
+ do manicure once a week
- don,t cut the cuticle
- don,t use nails to open things, to scratch etc
! be patient:-)
