Christmas Party Help!

Hi, I have a Christmas party tomorrow and I don't know how to do my hair and makeup... The picture of the dress I'm going to wear should be below. It wasn't showing up to well with the lighting- its black and its a skater dress, I think the rest was quite visible. I'm 14 so nothing too heavy for the makeup. I can do pretty much anything with my hair.
