Winged liner works for EVERY eye type! You can google eyeliner for hooded eyes! You could do it normally, because you can still see a bit if your lid! Good luck!

I have hooded eyes as well the best thing to do is to do your eye make with your eye open. You can make a normal line on your eye than open your eye and wing it out. Once you get used to your eye shape and you know how it is supposed to look than you can do it with your eyes closed.
