Does Mane N Tail actually work for hair growth?

i actually LOVE that shampoo/conditioner but i can never find it! it made my hair really healthy and clean feeling. used it every day for a year and it never got old :)

I'm trying to grow my hair out, but nothing seems to work. I take biotin and hair skin and nails vitamins. Maybe I should try out a new shampoo, like Mane N Tail, but does it work?
And what about Pre Natal vitamins? Do those work?? Help!
