i actually LOVE that shampoo/conditioner but i can never find it! it made my hair really healthy and clean feeling. used it every day for a year and it never got old :)

I love mail and tail!! I used it for a while and my hair grew almost 2 inches in a month! It's wonderful. It smells great, it's pretty cheap, and it gives your hair the best silky smooth feeling :) Definitely worth it

I used this products a hand full of times and its worked wonders on my hair. I noticed my hair lookEd & felt much healthier within a couple of days. It didn't necessarily make my hair grow, but it made my hair much stronger. I would try out this product because it does wonders to your hair, don't get the olive oil based one I noticed it made my hair feel greasy.

You can also try taking Silica. It's a natural supplement made from the Horsetail plant. It helps hair & nail growth.

I tried it and it didn't help my hair grow, I didn't like the smell though. I told my dad to try it and it worked on him so I guess it depends. If you go to Walmart try to look for it in the pet section where they have shampoos for dogs and stuff. That's where I found mine. (:

It won't help your hair grow but it will attempt to preserve what you have by making it stronger and healthier so there is less breakage! Everything you ingest effects your hair, so taking biotin and prenatal vitamins are the way to go.

mane and tail does strengthen your hair, like some of the other ladies said, so it breaks and sheds less. And I believe prenatal vitamins do work. I take them : )

I use to use it years ago. I never saw a difference in the growth of my hair... But when I was trying to grow my hair out I followed a these steps on this blog and it WORKED!!! As a hair dresser, everything she recommends makes sense and I agree w. Besides the trimming part. lol.

This makes me laugh because I use this product on my horse's mane and tail and well all over, if it works as well as it does for my horse I might have to try it. If you are having trouble finding it go to a farm based store or horse tack shop.
