I have a hair fall problem its heredity..but if anyone can suggest for me a vitamines or a treatment that can really help I would be more than greatful.

Biotin will help about 2000 mcg everyday and then hot oil treatment of olive oil with castor oil. leave in for 1 hr and wash hair as usual. try switching to sulfate free shampoo such as organix.

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. And don't forget to keep your hair healthy! I personally use argan oil products by Pro Naturals, they're currently my favorites.

Take zinc supplements, Surbex Z is my personal favourite! Once daily after meal, I took it for a month and voila my hair stopped falling!!
