I'd try Burt's Bees products with salicylic acid, they're good for sensitive skin, and salicylic acid is less harsh on your skin than benzoyl peroxide.

I'd love to help you!! Most of my entire skin care routine is natural ❤ Unfortunately I'm on my phone so I can't copy and paste from my blog... But if you click my profile and visit my blog beautiebunnie.blogspot.com I made a big post on clear skin and what supplements to take to help... Also I'd really advise you follow the diet on it ( Acne is related to food. Studies are not only outdated but extremely flawed and conducted in sloppy manners )
I know how you feel though I don't even have money to see a dermatologist 😊

I use a topical medication called Ziana. You need a prescription for it, however. Go to a dermatologist, but make sure it's a credible one. If they don't tell you to start with a pretty low strength, go to a different one. Also, they may offer Accutane, but I suggest you wait about six months using the Ziana before doing that because Accutane can have some pretty big side effects (its an oral medication)
