What is the best way to apply glitter to eyes? Do you apply the glue to your lid or brush for best results

You can use a light amount of lash glue where you want your glitter. There's also glitter adhesive you can get that comes in a liquid form called Liquid Sugar from Eye Kandy that works really well

If you're using pigments it's best to mix with a little moisturizer which makes a creamy paste, then apply it to the eyes. With glitter, I would use very little eyelash adhesive, make sure the eyelash adhesive is a nude color or one that is going to match your skin tone, do not use black! Also if you do not have eyelash adhesive, a glue stick would work perfect. Use a brush to apply the glue from the glue stick and apply it to the area you want, then use the same brush to apply the glitter. Good luck!

If you wear glitter a lot I'd say it's totally worth it to invest in the Urban Decay Heavy Metal glitter liners. They do not budge and they allow you to build your glitter up and precision apply.

Lit cosmetics makes an incredible glitter adhesive and some pretty fantastic glitters as well. Motives Cosmetics makes a pretty good glitter adhesive as well.
