What's a good baked eyeshadow brand that you can get wet.

So ladies I have sephoras baked eyeshadow palette and there's this one really pretty sparkly white that I got wet and I applied it on top of a matte blue eyeshadow but for some weird reason towards the end of my shift from work I noticed it turned into a frosty baby blue color. Which I do understand why. But what I want is a baked eyeshadow that you can get wet and remain the same color when you apply it. Any suggestions?? Thanks ladies. And what do you think of my eyes tee hee it was really fun to do.

Beautiful eyes :) I love the lipstick too!
I know hard candy has baked eyeshadows that stay the same color when wet and applied. I have a few of them and I really like them, but it's hard to find matte ones (at least it is in my city). Also Sally's makeup brand has baked eyeshadow, but they're kind of hit or miss with each color. Some of them are really good and some colors really don't pay off well.

Your makeup is on point! The ombré lips make it look even better. As for the eyeshadows I can't really help you because I don't use baked shadows but have you tried pigments? I always apply them wet and they stay the same color

Yes I have tried loose pigments if that's what your suggesting. But I never really tried them wet lol haha and never crossed my mind either which is brilliant. I think I'm going to give that a go and compare with sephoras baked eyeshadows. Thanks for that suggestion.

Natalie where can I find that pallet? And how many shadows come with the pallet just wondering? I love palettes

So pretty elf has some baked eyeshadows have some beautiful great pigmentation also Laura geiler have one in black Carrot wet or dry so pretty.
