I went and got my split ends cut two weeks ago but since last week I've noticed my split ends are back. I don't even use heat on my hair so why did this happen??

Btw my hair is coarse and dry even though I use an oil treatment every week. Is there another way to make my hair soft and smooth?

Split ends are not necessarily because of using heat they may appear just because your hair is dry. If you are already using treatments and oils or conditioners and nothing works I recommend you a keratin treatment like organix 30 day keratin treatment. Its really great its my holy grail hair saver ;)))

If they're split you have to cut them unfortunately. There's no way to mend them :( I wish there was but your only option is to cut them.
