Youtube comments - help

Hi everyone, I need help! I researched this issue but didn't find the solution... My problem: I only get a notification if a subscriber of mine comments on my videos.. I don't get a notification if anyone else comments... That's pretty annoying since I want to answer all the comments but I really don't want to check every video (more than 80) to find a new one...
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? I really appreciate your help:)

maybe its something in your setting, next time u upload a video go to advanced settings and see if u can fix it there

Thank you Jessica, I really don't know how to change it... Now I have the same problem here, I didn't get a notification that somebody (you) replied to me although I should get an e- mail notification for that.. Weird..
