Hello! We'll let me start by saying that I have kind of medium length layers, and when I wake up my my layers are flipped upwards like the you-turn sign but not that long. So I straighten it and it's not that bad, but during the middle of the day my layers flip and it just goes crazy. It's so bad I almost want to cut all my hair off and just wear a wig!! But I'm not going to do that xD. Well my question is: what can I do to make my layers not flip like that and what products can I use to possibly not make it do that.
Thankyou ☺️

You can get large round heat brushes that give of heat and you can dry and style using it. It won't give curls but it will tame the layers then I would use a good quality light hairspray hope this helpsxx

Oh my goodness, I have to exact same problem! I can't WAIT until my layers grow out more. My hair always poofs up in the middle of the day, too, and I just end up putting it up. Sometimes while I'm doing my hair in the morning I use bobby pins and pull the sides back, and then it doesn't look like they've flipped up. But one day I decided to curl my hair and got tons of compliments on it. Everyone told me I should wear my hair like that, so I've mostly curled it for the past couple weeks. It works best for me, and probably you, because when it's curled it can be crazy and no one will notice because hair is supposed to be big when it's curled. I haven't really looked into fixing it more than that, but I hope this helped a little bit. I feel your pain, girl. :) x

I always had the same problem with my layers until I found a stylist who told me that my hair is fine and holds static easily thats why it was happening. So I stopped getting them but when I had them I found oils and creams helped for my hair

I recently cut my hair shoulder length and had that problem so my stylist thinned my ends with thinning shears and it helped big time, I started blow drying my hair and straightening it after I shower all of that has helped by 95%

Is your hair straight, wavy, curly? thevwaybthe layers are cut can make a big difference. I have long, naturally wavy hair. Layers are a must for my hair and if they aren't cut right, then it's a nightmare.
