I would suggest false lashes, winged liner, inner corner highlight, and maybe white or nude liner but I'm really not sure if that will work for Asian eyes.

Hello Melanie,
Can I just say, you have amazing shaped eyes!
There are many difference tricks in helping your eyes appear slightly larger. However the most important tip to note is to never apply eyeliner all the way around your eye, as this will make your eyes appear even smaller!.
To apple eyeliner to your eyes, you would grab a liquid eyeliner and create a fine cat eye to the top last line. Once this is done you would grab a gel liner and instead of applying the gel liner to the bottom lash line, you would apply it just below your lash line and stop midway.
From here I would apply a little bit of a highlight to the inner tear duct region.

I understand that my advice is a little bit wordy to understand, so below are some youtube gurus that are able to show you tutorials on ways to make your eyes appear larger.

You're gorgeous :) to make your eyes appear larger extend your eyeliner downward and connect it to your lower lash line and fill in your water line with white eyeliner. Using fake lashes or lots of mascara and curling your lashes too :)
