Start regularly using moisturiser, make sure you exfoliate and even try using some nice face masks to hydrate your skin! Perhaps try some brands with more natural ingredients in them :)

Use a moisturiser and exfoliate your face it gets rid of dead skin cells and flaky bits of skin and also try a toner :)

I agree with everyone else that commented. exfoliating is a must with skin like yours. use lotion daily and you should really try to research some moisturizing foundations I know there is plenty of them I just can't think of any right now. hope this helped!
