This may be a stupid question, but have you tried using a primer? An oil-control primer might help your foundation stay solid and provide a good base.

Hi Tabitha hope you had a blessed week and holiday what I usually do before applying my foundation I blot my face removing excess oils I use a primer good primers I like range from many Palladio primer sold at sally's it has a silicone base smashbox hourglass is good to :) which has no silicone I believe it helps the foundation hold up a little longer but also use covergirl 3 in 1 foundation which has built in primer and is good for oily combination skin :)
