try going for a deep facial cleanse. they do face mapping and do cleanse that's right for ur type of skin and spot.

do u keep ur skin clean daily? like remove make up properly and give it a gd scrub in the morning. most likely you have dirty pores full of sebum and need a extraction that will clean them.
