To do it properly ? One or two hours. If I'm in a rush 30 minutes to an hour, or I do 15 minutes then the rest waiting for the bus or on my drive to school (don't worry I'm not driving) ... The results is I get compliments on a daily basis saying how perfect my eyeliner is 8)
