I have $100 to spend at Ulta, & $100 to spend at the MAC counter.. Any suggestions? I have normal skin & usually only wear neutral shadows...

Girl, I could go on for hours with what you should get at those stores!
Mac- Studio Fix Fluid Foundation. Mineralized skin finish in soft & gentle. Any of their lipsticks! If you prefer natural colors then hue & snob!
Ulta- since you like more neutral colors, the first naked palette. NYX butter glosses. NYC jumbo eye pencils. A lot of brands at sephora at ulta. So if you want anything for there, look on ulta!
