If I use I box drug store hair dye for a reed ombre affect will it still come out good. I want to achieve this ^~^

Honestly Kool Aid is much cheaper and isn't difficult and got me the same effect ps. It lasts awhile

I'm not a professional but I don't think she needs to bleach it. From the looks of the picture it doesn't look like they did.

You don't need to bleach, I've done this over your color before and it turned out right, just pick the right dye.
