My lips were chapped pretty bad to where if I would smile or laugh it literally ripped a little. I just kept applying things like olive oil, coconut oil and moisturizing chap sticks. If they are bleeding you probably don't want to use a scrub because it may just caused more irritation/pain. Also make sure you are drinking enough water because it could be caused due to dehydration as well as the weather.
I hope this helps.
Have a good day

- Scrub with a honey and brown sugar scrub, and I scrub hard
- Apply Smiths rose mint lip balm (It's like $6 at Sephora) after.
- Then apply lip color or nothing at all.
Makes my lips really smooth.

The eos balm doesn't really do much it just sits on your lips, try putting a thin oil on top.

I have really chapped lips as well and I use my tarte maracuja oil for my face hair and lips.
