I just bought one and it seems to look the same as what a curling iron would do, which I don't like. any technique advice?

I've heard pointing it down is supposed to make it come out the best. Its not as easy as people say because you have to hold it a certain way to get nice curls.

Once you make the curl, pin it up to cool. they'll last longer :]
