should I dilute my hair oil?

I want to create my own hair oil that consists of Rosemary, Emu, Coconut, Basil, Peppermint, Olive, Lavender, & Black Castor Oil. I was wondering if I should dilute it with water in an applicator bottle?

I don't think you should dilute it. Just put a little bit of each in the applicator bottle. That's what I do. I use Black Castor, Argan, Coconut, Peppermint, Grapeseed oils.
