Urban Decays 24/7 is my go to liner. Hard Candy Walk the Line is my drug store go to, but the brush is a little thicker.

Maybelline is really good. I use both liquid and gel. They're both really good for doing cat eyes. I'd suggest the liquid though if you just want a nice pointed wing.

The Stila liquid eyeliner pen is fabulous! It is very black and pigmented, and glides on effortlessly. Once it's on and dry, it will not budge/smudge. Best I have used yet!

ELF's liquid eyeliner. It's only a dollar or three and it's amazing. It's super black and easy to work with. Trust me sometimes expensive isn't always better.
