I have thick hair and it's hard to manage I wanted some tips and tricks to make it more thin and frizz free:)

Well you could actually go to a professional and get your hair thinned a bit. But for the frizz, try keeping it moisturized with a deep conditioner like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque. Use it 2-3 times a week, you should see an improvement :)

Try using a leave-in hair conditioner along with a deep repair mask to combat frizz. I like the Neutrogena Leave in conditioner (tall yellow-ish bottle) or the Garnier one (in a fat green bottle).

I have that and it doesn't do anything but make my hair smell good (garnier)

Use keratin like cocoa keratin smoothing shampoo and conditioner, or get your hair thinned out at the salon.
