My hair is pretty long and gets matted and tangled after 5 minutes mainly at the back where my neck is.
I use a detangler spray, my hair is in good condition and is looked after really well. I don't know what to do!?

Try the wet brush. You can get it on amazon. It's a life saver!

My hair had the same problem. It's because your ends tend to get dry. The fabrics of our clothing actually strip our hair of moisture just like using cotton pillowcases/sheets does. Since I started using Wen I haven't had a problem with it at all. I also use its a 10 dry oil spray. It's a life saver. I had oily roots and dry ends. Just have to find out what works for you.
