Well to organize my palettes I use the paper file holders you can get at Wal-Mart. Then I just bought some little black pencil cups from there as well, and I filled them with really small beads from Michaels and that is what holds my brushes. Then to hold things like liners I reccommend the little pencil trays from the dollar store. Now for overall storage I would say if you don't have a budget, by the Ikea 9 unit Alex drawer set, but if you don't want to spend a lot of money you could buy some of the big plastic drawer sets from Wal-Mart... Hope this heped!!
