For hair try a braided top not its nothing crazy but pretty unique.

3 buns, braids, loose curls, would look nice. You could try a fishtail that would look nice.

Maybe a colorful bow would make you Stand out but still not that much.

❤️❤️... The eyeshadow is very pretty.. And maybe a lipstick like this or maybe a lighter red or darker red and you could have your hair curled and down❤️

I'd recommend: black mascara, a medium shade gloss or lipstick (whichever you prefer) They will make you're eyes pop and show your full lips :)
Blush would look nice, you can also fill in your eyebrows If you wish
