I used to have the same issue with my hair! Curling irons didn't do anything and if they did the curls would just fall out within a few minutes. I came across this curling wand about a year ago and it is amazing! It creates beautiful curls that last all day. I have it in the smaller size and the larger one and I use it all the time. And it's super affordable which is always a plus! (I think ulta is running a sale on it right now)

Dry shampoo! The TRESemme one is around 3-4 $ and it gives great volume and will absorb excess oil. That's the best place to start.
