Light your eyes do pop out more with the dark color but the light hair look better, plus you can always do your make differently for your eyes to still pop out with the light hair.

Ok just looked through your profile pictures, you have the most beautiful eye colour! You can colour your hair almost any colour I think a honey blonde would look great or a caramel brown and I think you rock curls!!

Dark is better. The light blends in too much with your eyes where as the dark hair brings your eye color out. Btw I love your eyes😊
