Line your waterline with a color lighter than your skin tone, or white. Then use a lighter shimmery color in the corners of your eyes.

White is generally too blatant and obvious. Try lining your waterline with a flesh tone color a shade lighter than your skin. I recommend Rimmel London scandal eyes kohl eyeliner in nude! Also try winged eyeliner flicked a bit longer than your eye!

Use a nude color eyeliner in the waterline, make your eyelashes extra big with either falsies or lots of mascara, and put a brown color under your bottom lash line (not too far under) and it'll contour it to make your eye appear bigger.

Yes exactly what Isabel said! White is too obvious in my opinion so go for nude... Also try doing winged eyeliner on the top and not such a straight line on the bottom. One of my favorite blogs for this topic is called maskara (spelled that way, just google) and she has awesome tutorials for making eyes look bigger. Also try using an eyelash curler if you don't already and heat it up with a hair dryer for a couple of seconds to really make your lashes stand out. My favorite brand is Trim, I bought it at cvs and they are plastic looking, but they are super cheap and the best for my small eyes, believe me I've tried all brands and this has been the best
