I've never had one but I heard braidless sew ins lay flatter and look more natural. you just have to make sure the hair you get matches your own :) hope I helped.

Pria they use the thread to make a braid in your hair for the extension to be sewn to instead of braiding your hair. there are lots of Tutorials on YouTube if you don't get what I'm saying :) wish I knew how to post one
