Makeup with black dress? NYE.

For NYE, I've got a black dress and black heels, but I don't know which makeup look I'm going to combine with it. I think black is a bit harsh for me. Any suggestions? I'm searching for a festive and dramatic look! (Sorry for my bad english, I'm Belgian :D )
