I absolutely adore Too Faced Lash Injection. You won't believe how amazing it is. My favorite part is that it's made with elastic so instead of the opaque black crap around your eyes from either water or sleeping, it comes right off. If you get your finger a little wet and roll it over your lashes it balls up on your finger but is not sticky!

I'm going "all drugstore, all the time" here, but I've found Maybelline Full N' Soft to be fantastic. For me, no clumping, no "I've put too much mascara on and now my lashes look like spiky-clumps" (a big problem for me, lol), and it's easy to remove from unwanted spots (i.e. my "outer v", where it always seems to find itself if I've been overzealous with application). The whole place-and-wiggle technique works really well with this mascara, too.
Bonus: it really does dry soft-ish! Not hardcore stiff, lol.
