I personally prefer to wear a foundation of bb cream and put powder on top for matifying my face and adding extra coverage:)

If your wearing the double wear foundation it's full coverage I wouldn't put on powder foundation over that it will be too much, try a mineralized skin finish from mac or a translucent powder if you really need to put something over the foundation.
