My cousin is staying at his skin, and it looks like his skin broke out in a terrible rash because of dry skin.
Pretty much he naturally has dry skin, and the transition to colder weather has been drying it out even more, and then he bought a new razor and shaved his face and...it's bad. To add to it, he went on a scratching fit and it's really bad.
Just wondering if anyone has any good lotions or suggestions to get his skin back to normal? Preferably something that can be found at a drug store xx

Try Dove+ Care for men or Nivea for men. Also, if it's a rash try cortisone cream (so he stops itching) or aloe to soothe it. I don't know how his skin will react to the aloe though. I'd be inclined towards Nivea, also, because it's good for sensitive skin. My brother uses it and he likes it.

I have super sensitive an dry skin and have been using CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion and at night I have been mixing a couple of drops of vitamin e oil and my skin looks and feels better. I also use CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser to wash my face and it really has helped (I used to use Cetaphil but I really like CeraVe better, and I never thought I would say that). I also recommend Aquaphor (I think the CVS generic brand is pretty much the same, but you might want to go with the real brand just because his is really irritated). Now for future shaving I highly recommend Lush Cosmetics Shaving Creme, they're more expensive than regular shaving cremes but they work really good (my dad has really course hair, and it has really helped improved his skin for shaving) I am not sure on the exact names (I know they have more than one different kind) so I would check out Lush's website (just google it) and see which one would be best for him by looking at the reviews.

Aveeno for dry skin lotion. Or oil like olive or coconut 👍
