The last few months my skin has really started to flare up and break out a lot, but it's not just genuine pimples that go away easily, they're like red bumps that stay there and I'm just so sick of them, please help me!

It sounds and looks a little like cystic acne, you might want to visit a dermatologist. If you can't though try
• Murad Cleanser
• Benzoyl Peroxide (I recommend Clean and Clear)
• Aloe Vera Gel
• Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer with sunblock
• Twice a week exfoliate with baking soda

Anything with benzoyl peroxide... I use ProActiv and it works well! It's been worth the price.

DON't USE PROACTIVE it is so unhealthy for your skin. It changed the ph level of your skin so once you use proactive and it starts to work maybe you'll change cleansers right yeah yeah no they won't work anymore because proactive changes the pH of your skin plus I have cystic acne too and proactive made my face worse by far I really don't suggest it.
