Aussies 3 minute miracle really helps. I bleached my hair again last night, it was dry and damaged, used the Aussie product left in it for 30 minutes instead of 3 and my hair feels back to the way it was before I bleached it. I also see differences when using argon oil, but don't with coconut or olive oil. So you could try that :)

Oh and I just had my hair bleached to high heaven about 3 months ago. I can't tell a difference between my hair now and my hair then.

I agree with the Aussie 3 min miracle, my hair was sooo damaged from chemicals, and over time it made my hair feel like butter 😁 you can also try a light protein treatment, like the aphogee 2 min reconstruct, I swear these 2 products turned my hair from dry and damaged, to silky and smooth, I need to upload a before and after lol.

Aussie isn't for damage, it's just for moisture, which damaged hair needs. Go for a protein treatment, try the aphogee 2 min reconstructer and see if your hair likes it.

Hair is dead, therefore once it is damaged it cannot be undone. the only way to cure damaged hair is to cut it off and start over. you can make it appear to be healthier by using masks and what not but you cannot fix it. I'm sorry hun, I know thats probably not what you wanted to hear. when you bleach hair, you are stripping away all the proteins and pigments of the hair. protein treatments can help until it gets long enough to where you feel comfortable cutting it. try adding some honey and some coconut oil to your aussie miracle stuff. that should help. also if you wrap it in a bag and apply some heat for a minute or two will help the stuff to penetrate your hair better.

I definetely agree with it being messy and kind of a pain. They say you should use a deep conditioner in your hair about 2-3 times a month to keep it looking healthy and use a clarifying shampoo once a week to cleanse the hair of leftover products and drinking lots of water will keep hair healthy. I love biolage conditioners they are a little pricey but its the best conditioner I've ever used (I think its 20-25 for a bottle). another thing is to make sure and never brush your hair when its wet cuz thats when it is the most vulnerable and limit heat tools/blowdrying in the winter if you can.
