Does anyone know any DIY scrubs/facials/cheap products that can help moisturize my skin? In the winter my face is very dry in some parts and oily in others. My lips are also soooo chapped! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

I love Cetaphil's face wash and all over body moisturizer. That combination is the only thing that keeps my skin soft year round. You can get it at any drug store for around $10. For your lips I would recommend Vaseline. It's simple I know, but it's the best there is :)

If you are able to invest in a more expensive brand, please please please look at the brand called NuSkin. It saavveeddd my skin and my moms as well as her friends and her mom who had skin problems too. I have eczema so I get peeling skin, stinging around my mouth area and redness covering my whole face. I've tried aveeno, Olay, st.ives, cetaphil, and soooo much more brands just because of my eczema! My mom introduced me to NuSkin and its just amazing. For your situation, I recommend :
-creamy cleansing lotion for normal to dry skin
-The NapCa mist
-moisture restore intense moisturizer in the little tub
-enhancer
