Okay. Well try thicker moisturizers. Especially at night. Try Yu•be cream, Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream. Also you can use chapstick (since that's basically just a gentle, concentrated moisturizer), so try Smith's Rosebud Salve, Nivea Lip Butter...whatever thick lip balm you have lying around.

Don't use a lotion it is too light , I had the same thing , you need a product that is rich and has something like lanolin in it ,
