Weird blister?

Yesterday I woke up with a really big blister on the bottom of my pinky toe which was weird, but being me, I popped it and picked the skin off (I know you're not supposed to do that but I an't help it!). But the weird thing was when he skin came off, I found another blister underneath!! It's like blisterception!! Is this normal? No water or anything came out of either of them and it doesn't hurt at all, it was just like extra skin. Is this a bad sign of something? Or are my toes just silly?

Could be a blister just forming over another! It's happened to me before and since it was healing, there was no water— only skin. I don't think it's anything to worry about :)
