You could put a warm compress on it I don't think it will get rid of it but it will help reduce redness and any swelling.

It probably can't be removed by tomorrow. However, you can camouflage it.
-dab some redness removing eyedrop on it. Itll instantly remove the redness but not forever.
-since it is a lump, it'll create a small shadow under it, making it LOOK like a lump. To counteract the effect of the shadow, put a highlighting concealer or anything with coverage that is 1~2 shades lighter than your skin that has no shimmer in it, on the bottom half of the lump.
Good luck!

Oh and also, if you are willing to buy a good spot treatment, go out right now and buy the clean and clear Persa-gel! :)

I use Benedryl cream and a spot treatment on those when I get them. It helps reduce the inflammation while still treating the pimple. Unfortunately they take time to go away. Your best bet is to try to get the inflammation down and conceal it as best you can. Apply a spot treatment every night and just leave it alone. Picking at it isn't going to help.
