Hi I am Deena. I have dark brown hair and I would like to know if there is a way to dye the tips of your hair without bleaching it but still making it effective. If so, what color should i dye the tips? Thanks!

The only way to make a color show in dark hair is by bleaching it. Other than that it'll just leave a faint hint
