Hey! I can share a few of my tips with you!
-lips are a pain in Winter but my lips stay hydrated but drinking TONS of water. And I mean a lot. I also use the mint EOS.
-Your hair can get some more volume by taking a comb to your roots with a little hairspray. You can also look into certain shampoos.
-You can find good makeup anywhere! Even in drug stores. I go to Ulta a lot or Just Target! I would stay away from Elf concealers or foundations because they tend to come off easily. Cover girl is a really good brand.
- The Shampoo that I am using is a mint and lavender one from a local organic store. But any mint shampoo really makes your scalp feel amazing.
I could say so much more but that's all I could think of at the moment! If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! Hope I helped!

Use a primer to keep your makeup from diminishing. And a shine free translucent powder will help to keep the oils in your skin from soaking up your makeup and maintain a fresh look all day.

Always use lip balms/Chapstick. Be consistent. It should help.
To add volume, blow dry your hair upside down and use shampoo and conditioner made for volumizing.
For beginning, get some stuff from bh cosmetics and coastal scents. And some higher end things at makeup counters and sephora.
Hair care, sephora and it's a 10 products from target.
I love mac, urban decay, benefit, coastal scents, bh cosmetics, tarte, and too faced.
